Citizens for Pets in Condos, Inc. is an IRS 501-c3 tax-exempt private operating foundation and a Florida non-profit corporation.

Citizens FOR Pets in Condos http://www.petsincondos.org is a non-profit public advocacy and educational organization dedicated to increasing acceptance of companion animals in condos and other types of association-run housing. We educate the public about the health benefits of having animal companions and also advocate for responsible pet ownership/guardianship. Our motto: “creating a win-win situation for both people & pets.”
We provide resources for a pet-friendly America/Florida

Mission Statement

Citizens for Pets in Condos, Inc. educates the public on the health benefits of animal companionship and about responsible pet ownership in order to increase acceptance of companion animals in common interest ownership communities.  We believe that association rules should concentrate on irresponsible pet owners, allowing a win-win situation for responsible animal guardians and animals who would otherwise be needlessly euthanized.
