I have written a letter to the property manager (or president) of name of condo (or homeowners) association requesting a waiver of their no-pets rule as a reasonable accommodation to my chronic disabling condition. At the bottom of the letter, I indicated that I was sending a copy of my request to you. Therefore, I am mailing this letter with attachments FYI only. At this point, I am not filing a formal complaint with you nor am I requesting any assistance from you at this time. I am still hoping that that this matter will be amicably resolved without further intervention.
